Casita Verde's cozy Clubhouse is a beehive of activity. The Coffee Club meets at first light to solve all the world's problems over a fresh cup of java. The library down the hall is stocked with great reading materials and puzzles. Pull up a comfy chair in the card room because seven days a week there are games scheduled. Most evenings the crowds get so big the main hall gets turned into a card room as well. The billiard room could tell a story or two. Guys and gals enjoy traditional games and practice their skills for recreational tournaments. The adjoining showers are open 24 hours with easy access from the pool and hot tub area or through the clubhouse. The heated pool and spa feature a great space to relax on one of the many lounges to soak up the sun and relax. Pick up your mail and all the weekly papers in the lobby. The laundry facility has easy access and parking with its own restroom. Next door is the covered picnic area and grills everyone is encouraged to use and enjoy. That's a good vantage point to watch the shuffleboard courts and horseshoe pits for the daily matches. RV Storage space is available for a monthly fee or long term. The streets are well lit and level for walking day or night. If you've brought your dog there's a wonderful dog walk out the south gate and alongside the many agricultural fields bordering Casita Verde.
