From Houston: Take I-45 north, continue north for 3 miles past Conroe to FM 830 exit 92 (Seven Coves Road). Turn left at stop sign. Drive 2 miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn left and stay to the right side of the fork. Watch for the signs.

From Dallas/Huntsville: Drive south on I-45 to FM 830 exit 92. Turn right at the stop sign. Drive 2 miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn left and stay to the right of the fork. Watch for the signs.

Preserve Description
This 128-acre preserve is located off the shores of Lake Conroe. Our two boat docks and boat ramp give perfect access to the 22,000-acre lake that is a favorite for fishing, water sports and relaxing. Sport courts, recreation hall, swimming pool and putt-putt golf are just a few of the many attractions. One of our 300 sites is perfect for your tent, pop-up, motorhome or 5th-wheel. Some of the local attractions include Splash Town, historical towns and an outlet mall.

Extended Stay Program
Come and stay with us for your two weeks and then extend your stay on our Texan Program. The cost is only $275 for four weeks, plus electric. You can stay for up to six months on this program.
